Welcome to CSC's Online Learning Center

With CSC Online, learning is exciting, accessible, and convenient. If you have a busy schedule, you "attend" class at times that best fit your schedule.

High quality, instructor-led courses are delivered through yours or any personal computer. CSC Online offers you the convenience of classroom flexibility 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  CSC is accredited by North Central Association, our accrediting body.

Since online courses have maximum capacities of 20-30 students, and often less, you can count on being able to receive personal attention, just as you would in a traditional lecture class. While the courses begin and end on specific dates, you can work at your own pace within the deadlines.

Filling the Gaps…
Due to life's complexities and demands, it is necessary at times that students look outside CSC to find courses to meet their program needs.  CSC is partnered with the Illinois Virtual Campus (IVC), an electronic catalog of distance learning courses in the State of Illinois.  Students can search for distance learning courses at other institutions through the IVC web-site.  Once a course is taken, the credits can be transferred back to CSC. See the IVC transition page for additional information.

CSC also belongs to the Illinois Community Colleges Online (ILCCO) consortium.  This program allows students to enroll in online courses at other Illinois community colleges while maintaining their CSC enrollment status.  Students will participate in another college's online course, but will receive billing, financial aid, and transcripts from CSC.   Students can search for eligible ILCCO courses, by clicking on "Course Listings" on the Internet Course Exchange System (ICE).  To enroll in an ILCCO course, students need to contact their counselor as early as possible prior to the beginning of a semester as the enrollment process takes time and is not guaranteed.
